About The Herald Realty Group
As the driving force behind The Herald Realty Group, Stacy Herald has dedicated her entire life to serving others. Her journey began in the public sphere, earning her master’s in social work from Indiana University in 1996. Her professional focus centered on supporting families and children in distressing situations to find peace in their homes. Though emotionally challenging, Stacy found this work immensely rewarding.
Transition to Real Estate
Stacy’s transition to real estate was a natural progression, one she describes as almost more emotional than social work. She received her real estate license in 2010 and initially balanced dual roles as a social worker and REALTOR®, providing her with a unique blend of empathy and industry expertise. In 2018, she fully dedicated herself to real estate, aspiring to serve her clients with a calm and collected presence during what can be a stressful process.
Professional, Fun, and Dedicated Approach
It isn’t about her, Stacy says. “It’s all about my clients.” Her primary goal is to ensure her clients relax and enjoy the home buying or selling process while striving to understand their desires, needs, and aspirations. Whether it’s finding a dream home or navigating the intricacies of a property sale, she goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional results with a personalized touch.
Proudly Serving Seniors
Stacy takes pride in her role as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) REALTOR®, focusing on the unique needs of homeowners over the age of 50. Specializing in assisting seniors with the challenges of buying or selling a home later in life, she provides guidance for downsizing, transitioning into adult communities, or navigating the nuances of a smaller empty nest.
Her SRES® designation equips her to handle complex real estate topics, such as the utilization of reverse mortgages, 401(k) accounts, and/or IRAs in property transactions. She is committed to creating customized plans that align with her client’s current and future housing needs while honoring the emotional challenges of selling a long-time family home.
The Personal Side
When she’s not working with clients, Stacy enjoys volunteering with her church and spending quality time with her family and two beloved dogs, Bella and Lilly. Her commitment to serving extends beyond her professional life, reflecting her genuine dedication to improving the lives of others.
Let Stacy Herald guide you through this challenging yet rewarding stage of life. Rest assured, her compassion and expertise will make your real estate journey a memorable and fulfilling experience.
